Q0224M.COBALTCOFAHAMILTON.M  hl   Extremely attractive early chisel lipped cobalt blue hamilton, 2 piece mold, ultra heavily embossed one side with large Royal Coat of Arms with supporters. On reverse a large diamond outline to take lable. Rare and highly desirable, probably the best coloured hamilton in existence. Research indicates attribution to the Royal Mineral Water Hospital in Bath, where people took the waters there for their health. Ultra faint 1

Excellent example with full original surface gloss shallow kickup with disk edge pontil, elongated chestnut shape with short neck and flared firesmoothed lip. spiral wound white enamel around base to beginning of sides then combed upwards to lip. 4 1/2

Drawn short neck to top with applied loop for hanging. Flattened centre area. Full surface gloss, classic late 18thC format. 7 1/2

Q0410S.HORSESEALSANDG.TP   r      Extreme rare and important sealed halfsize freeblown shaft and globe c1660 of definite globe body and long shaft neck with satelite stringrim well down from lip, shallow kickup with sandpontil, just slight traces of lower body marvering, wide based neck tapering lightly through saturn disk stringrim to shearedoff refire lip. Seal to shoulder  shows pictorial of naive horse with one foreleg raised underneath triangle of letters F.S .B with bold raised dots between.
